Great views

The fortress is located at the western end of the Riva. Entry is about 10 kn and you can climb the ramparts for views across Trogir. As with many historic buildings, the stairways are very narrow and, particularly at the higher levels, quite steep.at one point I struggled with part of the stairway and had to hand my shoulder bag down to somebody before I could descend the steps. There isn't much of the fortress remaining within the walls but it retains a strong sense of history and I felt the visit was worthwhile for the views alone.

Nothing to dislike

There was nothing there to dislike. I think we shooted more than hundred photos on top of the fortress. It's really beautiful view, maybe best in whole town. If you visit Trogir you should definitely come in to this fortress.
