St. Mark’s Fortress (Trogir)

Saint Mark’s tower was built during the 15th century to protect the town. It is located on the north-west side of the island as an extent of the Kamerlengo fortress. Between the fortress and tower there is a gloriet built in the beginning of the 19th century in gratitude to France during the Napoleon wars.
