Sonus Festival (Novalja)

Terrible first time and last time!

Very disappointing experience, definitely not what we expected. Not a proper festival. Lots of cancellations which we found out about while standing in line and those cancelled were the names we came to see. Otherwise we could easily go elsewhere.
Overpriced tickets for the names that actually performed. They can cancel headliner DJ-s but nobody will ever give back the money paid to see those cancelled. Everybody can organize a festival like that. Just write down a bunch of names will not appear. No certainty whatsoever after you paid your tickets. We didn't get what we paid for. This idea of going around in different clubs which are not part of the same group just complicates things. Overcrowded everywhere and quite dirty.

My friends and I came to the festival expecting a completely different experience, and it was disappointing and frustrating to see the festival that you built and delivered.

Coming from the production world, I understand how difficult it can be to build such an event, but starting from the overbooked, overpriced drinks, paid toilets (that was insane), following with the rude staff and not being allowed to get drinks in the clubs, even if we had bought it in another of your clubs...We felt constantly ripped off, and people were just interested in our money.

Besides that, and what was the top of disappointment, to have so many big acts cancelled as I Hate Models, Fisher, Hot Since 82, VSLL and so on... I, as a person that loves music and bought the ticket to see mainly those, got way too disappointed and sad.

On top of that, we couldn't feel safe! The Festival is about energy and sharing the experience with good people listening to a great music, and this couldn't happen in SONUS at all.
