Zagreb Marathon

Zagreb Marathon was initiated in 1992. At the first race there were only 70 participants. In the first 20 years the number of participants increased 15 times, and Zagreb Marathon is now the most massive running event in Croatia, which in its main program gathered more than 1000 attendees. The largest marathon race in the country starts at 10am on Ban Jelačić Square and consists of three different races: a marathon, half marathon and the citizen’s race.
