Javorica Lake (Slatina)

Javorica reservoir was built to defend the city from floods from Papuk slopes. Water level in the lake is maximum, and surplus water over the spillway dam flows into river Javorica. Along the shore of the lake was built 300m long beach, showers are set, lighting and public toilets, and there is a place for barbecue. Landscaped area along the lake is a favorite promenade of people from Slatina. The lake is situated five kilometers from the city center. Leads to the lake promenade. You can reach the lake by car. If you do not rush, we recommend a walk from the center.
