Ploče Beach (Rijeka)

This is the most visited beach in Rijeka, which, in the evening, becomes a place for promenading and enjoying being outdoors. In 2012, Ploče Beach was voted the best beach in Croatia in the category of an urban/ local beach. A Blue Flag, a lifeguard, a promenade, bathing huts, a sun deck with an access for people with disabilities and also a playground and a children's sandbox are only a few of the rich array of additional amenities.
