Baranjski kulen (Belje)

Kulen is a type of flavoured sausage made of minced pork that is traditionally produced in Slavonia, Croatia.

Baranja Kulen is an original Croatian product which is for decades produced in Belje. This top delicatessen product is made of the best parts of pork, with the addition of selected spices and the finest red peppers. Croatian Baranja Kulen is protected by Geographical Indication (GI) status from the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations. It is the winner of numerous gold medals in kulen competitions.
