Podravec (Dukat)

Podravec is a unique semi-hard fat cheese made of cow's milk and developed in Bjelovar Sirela over thirty years ago. Being a kind of synonym for semi-hard Croatian cheeses, Podravec is very yellow, with evenly distributed, medium-sized holes. It has a slightly sour taste and as the time passes, it gets a sweetish flavour.

Sirela's Podravec premium is cut into thin slices for easier enjoyment of this delicious cheese. Podravec is available in 250 g, 400 g, 1 kg and 2 kg packs, while Podravec premium is available in 200 g packs.
