Varaždinska prgica (Vindija)

Varaždinska Prgica is a specific dried cheese, which is characterized by authentic shapes, smell and composition, but also by production of authentic recipes. The cheese are added salt, minced red mild pepper, chili peppers and garlic. Obtained by drying under controlled conditions of Vindija cheese factory in order to obtain its own distinct color and shape, Varaždinska Prgica is a true gastronomic delicacy.
