Konoba Buščina (Umag)
Konoba Bušćina has been building its story for many years, offering their guests domestic Istrian cuisine. Their philosophy is simple: they adhere to seasonal produce, offering seasonal dishes. This is the reason why the menu is constantly updated and changed throughout the year so you will always be able to taste something new. Their offer includes meat but also fish and seafood delicacies. Almost all the greatest gastronomic specialities are on offer: from home-cured ham, cheese and curd cheese, through cuttlefish, mussels, scampi and sole, to asparagus, truffles and Istrian ox "boškarin" meat. The offer also includes several supreme quality olive oils from local producers.
